Estamos en el mes 8 del año, ¿Ya has podido analizar cómo te fue en el primer semestre del año? ¿Tuviste que cambiar tu estrategia, mejoraste algo, cambiaste algún proceso, cambiaste de proveedor, disminuiste costos, implementaste nueva estrategia de marketing?
Deberías poder tener las respuestas al menos para las siguientes 10 preguntas:
- ¿Has llegado a tu meta de ventas en los últimos 6 meses?
- De estas ventas ¿A cuántos clientes representan? O sea, cuantos clientes corresponden, y si son nuevos o clientes viejos.
- ¿Sabes cuáles son por decirlo así, tus meses buenos y malos del año?
- ¿Cuánto te ha quedado de ganancias cada mes? ¡Recuerda que las ventas no son iguales a las ganancias!
- ¿Has llevado el control de cada centavo que entra y sale de tu negocio? ¿Cómo lo estás llevando? Si no tienes cómo te recomiendo esto.
- ¿Tienes al día todo lo concerniente a la contabilidad de tus impuestos ante la Dirección General de Ingresos y los impuestos Municipales? Aquí te puedes descargar una guía para emprendedores.

- ¿Estás teniendo que recurrir a endeudarte más de lo que debes, para que el negocio siga?
- ¿Tienes alguna proyección financiera ya hecha de cómo puedes terminar el resto del año?
No quiero que pienses que te he escrito estas 10 preguntas para estresarte, ¡No! nada de eso, sé que suficiente peso tienes en los hombros, mi intención es que hagas un alto y que reflexiones en este tema siendo como la columna vertebral de tu emprendimiento, si no sabemos administrar eficientemente las finanzas, no lograremos vivir de lo que nos apasiona.
