He estado recibiendo en los últimos días muchas preguntas a través de mis redes sociales, por lo que decidí escribir un Blog para resolver las preguntas más comunes que me han hecho con relación a cómo afrontar la situación que estamos viviendo como ciudadanos del mundo.

Por supuesto que lo que leerán aquí es mi recomendación como profesional en el área financiera personal y de negocio.
Sé que estamos viviendo en circunstancias nunca antes vistas, y que todos los días parece que estuviésemos dentro de una película. Y que esto ha impactado nuestras vidas en todo sentido, familiar, profesional, económica y hasta mental.
Pero como líderes tenemos una responsabilidad, responsabilidad con nosotros mismos, con nuestra familia, nuestros colaboradores y con nuestros clientes.
¿Cómo puedo animar a mis clientes durante tiempos como estos?
Parte de mantener el negocio andando dentro de las condiciones que lo permita tu situación en estos momentos, tus clientes necesitan sentir la confianza de que aún podrás seguir solucionándoles sus problemas, que podrás seguir ayudándolos, y que a pesar de todo pueden seguir contando contigo.
Al final del día, no es cuestión de ignorar la situación por la que estamos pasando, o estar en un estado de negación, controlar la narrativa, sino que debemos tomar la decisión de liderar con confianza, concentrándonos en hechos, tomar lo que es verdad en este momento, cuando vivimos momentos de incertidumbre y de caos, como los que atravesamos en estos momentos, las personas están esperando que te levantes y lideres, lo que significa tomar la mejores decisiones con la mejor información que tengas en estos momentos, lo que significa usar el sentido común y traer estabilidad en momentos de inestabilidad.
¿No es esto lo que esperamos de nuestros presidentes? Así mismo lo esperan de nosotros nuestros clientes.
Miren, entiendo perfectamente lo que están pasando, la incertidumbre y ansiedad que deben sentir de no saber que pasará, ni cuándo terminará todo esto, y es que no tenemos todas las respuestas que quisiéramos, pero quiero decirte que esto pasará, y la gente, tus clientes, van a seguir necesitándote, van a seguir necesitando tus servicios, tus productos, vas a estar bien, vamos a salir de esta juntos.
Mis recomendaciones para asegurarte que el Coronavirus no afecte tu mentalidad, tu negocio y tu dinero son:
#1. las variables que puedes controlar. No trates de controlar lo que no puedes controlar.
- Puedes controlar tu aportación, cómo puedes ser de ayuda en este momento a otros.
- Liderar con esperanza.
- Tratar con dignidad a tus colaboradores y proveedores.
- La forma y la frecuencia con la que te comuniques con tus clientes.
#2. Asegura tu dinero haciendo lo siguiente:
Eliminar todo gasto innecesario ajustando al máximo tu presupuesto mensual.
Asegúrate de que tus 4 pilares estén cubiertos:
- Comida
- Servicios básicos (electricidad, agua, etc)
- Casa/hogar
- Transporte
Dale una pausa a tu plan de pago de deudas, y acumula todo el dinero posible, cuando salgamos de esta, hecha el dinero guardado a la deuda y reactiva el plan.
Hablando de tu futuro, NO toques tus inversiones, déjalas donde están.
#3. En tiempos de crisis, es cuando más nos obliga a ser creativos.
Al ser emprendedores estamos acostumbrados a resolver problemas todos los días, hoy nos enfrentamos a uno en común, las crisis nos llevan a cambiar nuestra forma de pensar, a innovar, a poner nuestra creatividad a volar, pensar diferente.
Ahora tenemos el tiempo para trabajar en el negocio, no para el negocio, muchos habrán tenido que hacer una pausa obligatoria, usen este tiempo sabiamente para:
- Ver de qué manera puedes mejorar tu negocio.
- Revisar tus números, cosa que siempre llevas postergando por no tener tiempo.
- Toma esos cursos online que querías.
- Programa tus sesiones de coaching.
- Investigar de qué manera puedes hacer que tu negocio sea más automatizado y más digital.
- Lee los libros que tienes que no habías leído aún.
- Mejora los procesos del negocio.
- Reinvéntate.
- ETC!
#4. Tu negocio desde casa.
Aquí la clave es organización de tu tiempo. Como saben yo llevo más de 4 años trabajando desde casa, o sea que esto no nada nuevo para mí, pero si requiere un nivel de compromiso propio contigo mismo.
¡Establece tus horarios para todo! Usa una lista de las cosas que vas a trabajar en el día, y ponles un tiempo de duración realista, así no te sentirás que abrumado por no terminar tu lista interminable de cosas por hacer.
Sé lo difícil que es trabajar en casa con los niños (tengo uno de 4 años) y más cuando no tienes quien te apoye mientras estás trabajando, aquí te soy sincera, si no puedes trabajar con los niños rondando en el área, vas a tener que trabajar cuando duerman, ojo, no te sobre limites, mejor ponlos a dormir temprano, digamos si duermen a las 7:30 p.m. trabaja unas 4 horas no más de noche, recuerda que tienes que tener energías para el día siguiente.
Puedes hacer tus reuniones online sin problema alguno, yo llevo reuniéndome de esta forma con mis clientes y proveedores desde que empecé, algunas plataformas buenas son:
